Please accept the conditions below before proceeding to the Event Registration Form

In accordance with the vision of the Canberra Games Festival your event should communicate some aspect of games, games technology and/or interactive entertainment to the community.

All event holders are required to acknowledge the Canberra Games Festival in their event promotion. If suitable, the Canberra Games Festival logo should be displayed. The logo is available from Festival Organisers.

Event holders may be required to display Canberra Games Festival Sponsor signage at the Event if requested by the Canberra Games Festival Organisers.

Event holders must provide Canberra Games Festival Organisers with an approximate headcount of attendees/spectators to their event. If requested by Festival Organisers the Event Holder agrees to distribute (to attendees), collect and return (to Festival Organisers) a short survey.

Any changes to original event details must be communicated to the Festival in writing. Cancellation of all or part of an event must be advised immediately.

The event must adhere to the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Australia, and the Event must not include, feature or promote any illegal activity. This includes, but is not limited to, prohibiting the use if illegal pirated software.
